Developing 100 acres of land to the north of the city's historic centre will transform the heart of Hereford into a dynamic modern city centre whilst retaining its historic core. These developments are ambitious and will take time to deliver. When they have been fully implemented they will have provided a huge economic boost for the whole of Herefordshire.
