Good communications is essential to the success of every major regeneration project, and we are therefore committed to engage with the community in a totally open and transparent way, providing the opportunity for the people of Herefordshire to have their say. Providing a constant flow of information through a range of activities is at the heart of our communications programme. 

To date this includes informative exhibitions and displays, public consultations, workshops, direct contact with specific business and community groups, together with a media relations programme, supported by literature, videos and online activity.

Our plans for Hereford are designed to incorporate your plans and we welcome comments and feedback on any issues regarding the city’s vision for the future.

A series of public consultation and information events detailing the proposed plans for the new link road were held from 8–14 February 2009at the Shire Hall.
