Urban Village

This is a new concept in city living and reflects an exciting part of the regeneration plans.  The Worcester based Sanctuary Group has been appointed to manage the development of the new Urban Village which features up to 800 homes, of which a third will be classed as ‘affordable’ appealing to first time buyers and young families. 

Sustainability and the environment will play a key role in the design of these new homes and building of the first phase is due to start in 2011.

The canal basin will also be recreated as a water feature and cycle paths and walkways will give easy access to the city.
